Separate Voodoo Deposit Turnover From Bonus Rollover
Voodoo terms describe a three-times deposit playthrough even without a promotion. That is a different balance rule from bonus wagering. Reconstruct deposited principal, qualifying stakes and refunded amounts so a cashier decision can be checked arithmetically.
Review the current Voodoo cashierList principal deposits
Record each transaction ID, amount, currency, payment owner and credit time. Exclude bonus awards from principal. Add chargebacks or refunds as separate movements rather than deleting the original entry.
Calculate ordinary turnover
Apply the current stated deposit multiplier to the relevant principal and total eligible real-money stakes. Keep game-round identifiers. Do not count cancelled, void or promotional stakes unless the terms explicitly include them.
Layer promotion rules separately
If a bonus was accepted, create another worksheet for its multiplier, contribution, maximum stake, expiry and cashout cap. Never merge the two requirements into one percentage; show which condition remains incomplete.
Request a calculation or refund decision
Send the starting principal, completed turnover and exact difference. If requesting a refund, preserve the request date, payment route, ownership evidence and stated processing fee. Ask for a written computation rather than depositing again.
